The national average for domestic private adoption is $40,000 for one adoption. Our agency's goal is to keep each adoption between $15,000-20,000, if you reside in the state of KY. If you reside out of KY, your estimate will likely be a little more than $20,000 because of extra steps and requirements in the process. Only our agency fee is paid up-front. All other expenses are paid when needed.
